Bio of Gavin Donohue | | | | | Timothy Bush, Director - Market Policy & Regulatory AffairsMr. Bush is responsible for supervising IPPNY involvement in all proceedings pending before New York's regulatory agencies, coordinating Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and New York State Public Service Commission filings and serving as IPPNY's primary liaison to the New York Independent System Operator. Email: Timothy Bush | | | |  | Radmila Miletich - Legislative & Environmental Policy DirectorMs. Miletich assists the President & CEO in lobbying before the Executive Branch and the New York State Legislature. She is responsible for managing IPPNY's involvement in State environmental proceedings, representing IPPNY's membership at stakeholder meetings, and coordinating the development and submittal of written comments related to the implementation of the State's environmental programs. Ms. Miletich also is responsible for identifying and monitoring State legislation and provisions of the New York State Budget, preparing and submitting position memos to New York State Legislature, and developing and drafting legislative initiatives that benefit IPPNY Members. He assists the President & CEO on a variety of communications projects, including the development and implementation of comprehensive public relations strategies for the industry and association. Mr. LaRoe is also responsible for maintaining relationships with local and trade media, as well as being the point person for all marketing and advertising for the association. She manages the association membership, including dues collection, database information, and other membership related activities. Ms. LaClair is also responsible for the daily operation of the IPPNY offices, including payroll, insurance, billing and accounts receivable.
