The Annual Showcase and Spring Conference is open to attendance by a wide variety of individuals, with announcements sent to representatives of businesses, organizations, public officials, members and future members of the Independent Power Producers of New York, Inc. Showcase time has been built into the conference schedule, providing exhibitors a unique opportunity to market their products and services and maximize their exposure to attendees.

As an exhibitor, you will be able to provide participants with the opportunity to learn about your organization's role in the energy industry. In addition, your exhibit will increase general awareness regarding energy and environmental policies, legislative and regulatory priorities, and your organization's overall goals related to the energy sector in NYS. The exhibits should be interactive, allowing you to be available to answer questions that public officials, policy makers, and private stakeholders in the energy and environmental fields will have.

The resulting marketing opportunities will be plentiful, as you interact with other organizations, consultants and power producers. BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

A completed contract and full payment will allow exhibitors to participate in the showcase. Space assignments will be made in order of receipt of properly complete contracts and full booth payment. However, IPPNY does reserve the right to make or change booth assignments at its decretion.

 

SPRING CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE

Exhibit booth personnel (limit 2) may participate in the spring conference sessions as well as all meal breaks (an $800 value). Any additional attendees from exhibiting companies who wish to attend the conference can do so by completing a conference registration form and will be extended the IPPNY Member rate to attend.  A conference registration form is available online!

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
