Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibitor Registration

IPPNY's Clean Energy Spring Conference and Showcase is open to attendance by a wide variety of individuals, with announcements sent to representatives of businesses, organizations, public officials, as well as current and future members of IPPNY. Showcase time has been built into the conference schedule, providing exhibitors a unique opportunity to market their products and services and maximize their exposure to attendees.

As an exhibitor, you will be able to provide participants with the opportunity to learn about your organization's role in the energy industry. In addition, your exhibit will increase general awareness regarding energy and environmental policies, legislative and regulatory priorities, and your organization's overall goals related to the energy sector in New York. The exhibits should be interactive, allowing you to be available to answer questions that public officials, policy makers, and private stakeholders in the energy and environmental fields will have.

The resulting marketing opportunities will be plentiful as you interact with other organizations, consultants and power producers. The showcase will provide a unique experience for exhibitors and attendees alike as they exchange information and ideas with the potential to mold the landscape of New York State’s energy supply.

Great Value: Our exhibit booth prices are some of the lowest in the industry. Plus, you have access to our discounted hotel rates and free shuttle service to/from the airport. Have more company representatives? Additional exhibiting personnel can attend the conference at a discounted rate.

Effective Show Hours: The showcase takes place over 1.5 days to maximize your investment, along with dedicated show time during breaks and meal programs.

Leverage Your Connections: An opportunity to meet with highly involved energy professionals who are looking for advice on products and services.

Marketing & Networking Opportunities: Enhance your exposure when you meet with new prospects and existing clients at the Showcase Reception and Conference Luncheon.

Reach Decision Makers: You'll be face-to-face not only with government leaders and policy makers, but business executives, power marketers, operators of electric generation projects and many more!

Inform and Educate: Increase the general awareness of the energy industry and its relationship with the environment.
